Warranties and Repairs...All of our manufacturers have their own warranties, but because all warranties are not created equally, we place a one year unconditional warranty on everything we sell, regardless of the manufacturer's warranty. The simple truth is, a warranty is only as good as the company behind it. Some manufacturers have very strong sounding warranties but place conditions on them that render them inadaquate at best. Others may have rather modest appearing warranties but do a reasonably good job of standing behind them.
Our approach is very simple. If something we sold arrives in a damaged or unacceptable condition we will repair it to your satisfaction or replace it. If a problem arises as a result of manufacturer defect in the first year of ownership the same rules apply. Two things won't happen if you have a problem with a purchase from us. We won't turn you over to a "Customer Relations" department (in other words, we won't disappear), and we won't in any other way try to avoid our responsibility towards you, the customer. It is our belief that a satisfied customer will be a return customer and a positive spokesperson for our store. That is our priority and we will do our best to resolve concerns whenever the need arises. We also have access to some of the finest repair and touch-up professionals in the business and are always will to share their expertise with you on an as needed basis. |
